MAKE A SMARTER INVESTMENT

Why Finance Equipment
Instead of Paying Cash?

Paying cash for equipment can be the right decision in some situations, but for many businesses, financing offers significant advantages. Instead of tying up a large amount of capital in one purchase, you can keep your cash available for payroll, materials, growth opportunities and unexpected expenses while still getting the equipment you need now.

Equipment financing also allows you to match the cost of the equipment with the revenue it helps generate, maintain healthy cash flow, and take advantage of other important benefits such as potential tax savings.

TAX ADVANTAGES

Section 179 and
Your Equipment Purchase

Section 179 of the tax code allows eligible businesses to deduct some or all of the purchase price of qualifying equipment in the year it is placed in service. This can provide a significant tax benefit and lower your overall cost of equipment.

The deduction amount, eligibility and other limitations are set by the IRS and can change. We always recommend speaking with your tax professional to understand how Section 179 may apply to your specific situation.

Why Conserving Capital Matters

Cash flow is the lifeblood of any business. Keeping your capital available gives you the flexibility to handle day-to-day expenses, invest in new opportunities, and be prepared for the unexpected.

By financing your equipment, you can preserve your working capital for payroll, materials, fuel, marketing, additional equipment and other growth initiatives. This helps you maintain stability and be ready when opportunities arise — without putting your entire cash reserve into one equipment purchase.

A strong business keeps cash working, not sitting in a machine.
